How Does This Work

This blog runs on the eleventy javascript framework for static site generation. I have a Docker Image containing all of the source code and site generation elements. The Docker image is hosted on my git server. I can modify the source code locally and push the docker image to the server. Then on my vps I can deploy it with version control.

Publishing Articles

I write the articles in my Obsidian vault where I can modify the frontmatter where a plugin with serialize the contents of the article and add it to a monitored directory on the server where eleventy will see it and build the html.
